The chef's commitment
We make people aware that we live in seasons. We grow our vegetables within a 15km radius of the restaurant and have our own cattle – and when we have used a whole cow, we don’t have any meat leftover. We also educate children and adults. It's a bit of idealism, but it goes a long way.
