MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The rustic room is dominated by a kitchen counter and features some eye-catching artwork; the chef-owner grew up in this neighbourhood, and always hoped to open a restaurant here. The set 7 course menu offers plenty of Norwegian fish, some classic richly flavoured sauces and a few subtle Japanese elements.
