MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Crisp clean lines set the scene of the modern brasserie of De Kluizen Golf Club (overlooking the greens), which is as well suited to a date night as to a business lunch. It rightly defines its cuisine as authentically characterful, with a classical repertory starring vitello tonnato, asparagus à la flamande and sabayon. The ingredients are outstanding, the cooking bang on and the sauces subtly suave. In season, you will also find game dishes like saddle of hare. The lunchtime menu never disappoints!
