MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

In a business district in the south of Nîmes, Jérôme Nutile (formerly a two - starred chef at Le Castellas, in Collias) has chosen his base. Here, he delves into the produce and flavours of the local terroir. Command of techniques, sense of aesthetics in the composition of his dishes, and a superb cheese cellar. It is one nice surprise after another over the course of the meal! Pleasant terrace.
