Christopher Coutanceau is a man of generous character, an outstanding cook and expert fisherman, as sensitive to the conservation of species as to bringing local terroir to the fore. His cooking is in tune with the seasons and the sea; the interior dons a chic and minimalist maritime style, with 40m of bay windows giving onto the sea. Perfect service, fine wine list.

Sustainable gastronomy
We are of the conviction that the chef is above all a citizen, and our approach goes beyond the restaurant to embrace various associations working to preserve marine resources, including Bloom, with whom we are fighting against electric fishing. Only fish from artisanal, sustainable and local fishing are on our menu. We work hand in hand with our vegetable producer in La Rochelle, and to avoid waste we use produce in its entirety.
