MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The Jonge Dikkert has given this 17C windmill a new lease of life with its modern decor, intimate atmosphere and attractive dining room with wooden beams. Here the chef uses predominantly Dutch produce (up to 80%! ) in his creative, contemporary-style dishes, resulting in a surprisingly refined cuisine.
