The cuisine, now under the direction of a young yet highly experienced Italian chef, showcases dishes with an international flair presented through two blind tasting menus: one of six courses and the other of eight, both complemented by a selection of appetisers and local cheeses from small producers — a delightful way to experience Maltese artisanal excellence throughout the evening. The service is highly professional, with staff who demonstrate in-depth knowledge and explain each dish with confidence. The wine list features labels from around the world alongside local wines, with an excellent selection available by the glass.
