MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

In the kitchens is Christophe Boucher, with a dual calling of cook and pastry chef, who has gained experience with some purveyors of taste (Ledoyen, Le Grand Véfour). In his open kitchen, he subtly fêtes seasonal fruit and vegetables, and is very attentive to the preparation of dishes. Excellent value for money at lunch.

We had the full tasting menu with paired drinks. The experience was absolutely fantastic and unbelievably good value for food at this level in Paris.

Pleasure. Thats how you feel when having a meal at Dessance. Pure pleasure. The dishes, all 6 courses of them, are meticulously prepared, full of flavor, elegantly combined, creative, rich. You name it. Looking at the plate and how it is presented is enough for you to know that it will taste and feel good. The service is great, friendly and the waiters know everything about the plates. Looking at the chef and sous chefs prepare the plates is an experience by itself. You see the passion. Thank you for a beautiful evening.
