MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Two experienced chefs are better than one – and together they champion a ‘bistronomie’ experience, serving fine dining meals in a relaxed ambiance. On top of the Chef’s Inspiration tasting menu, all-day à la carte choices abound – French classics, sharing plates and bar food are all up for grabs. While hand-cut heritage beef tartare, and Mediterranean fisherman soup are great, French guinea fowl with octopus and caramel jus is the jewel in the crown.
