MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Set on a working farm, in 66 acres of meadows and woodland, this former farmhouse and dairy offers the ultimate field to fork experience. Techniques include curing, pickling and cooking over wooden embers. The home-bred Mangalitsa pork and home-baked sourdough are hits. Bedrooms have a cosy farmhouse style.

The chef's commitment
We grow and rear produce on our 66 acre farm following regenerative agriculture methods, including successional cover crop sewing. We also have a no-dig vegetable garden, use compost from our food waste, and make guest soap out of lard from our pigs.
