This restaurant commands a breathtaking panoramic view of the coast and the seven islands. The subtle and meticulous cuisine is built around quality produce. Some dishes have exotic touches – the chef is from Reunion Island – as in the pollack (caught by small fishing vessels) which is just lightly seared in butter and served with textured sweet potato and curry broth.
