MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

An old farmhouse set in Meursault’s vineyards, flanked by a garden, terrace, pergola and Cistercian tower: such is the new establishment of chef Jean-Christophe Moutet (encountered at Pommard). Ravioles of wild snails, flaked crab, sautéed veal chops and a sprinkling of Burgundy classics: the chef’s flavoursome know-how remains as appetising as ever.
