The idea behind this interesting gastronomic project is simple and topical – to bring local style and flavours closer to the way people consume and perceive “eating” nowadays. The menu is extensive and based mainly on traditional recipes that have been given a subtle lighter touch while still remaining faithful to their original style and flavour, largely thanks to the use of local ingredients. The modern and minimalist dining room has an ambience that feels immediately welcoming.
