Tripe is enjoyed throughout the world, but not everyone cares about this digestive organ enough to patent a recipe like the owner here. His signature dish ‘tripe 13 ways’ is an assortment of four types of beef tripe and nine types of lamb tripe with a secret dip. The charcoal-burning hot pot with eight different cuts of halal lamb and a ginger-fennel broth is also recommended. Make sure you try their cold appetisers such as radish skin salad.
