Chef Fran Oliva always wanted to create a space where people could quite simply be with friends and have fun. In his restaurant, with its gastro-bar feel and attractive dining room, choose from an extensive à la carte of updated traditional cuisine, as well as tapas, medias raciones and dishes to share, all based around seasonal ingredients. His fresh fish and seafood, including wild red tuna, and array of rice dishes are particular highlights. If you enjoy pairing different wines with your meal, he also offers very reasonably priced wines by the glass from the so-called “Sherry Triangle”.
