The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs prepare their modern and creative four-course set menu – available with meat and fish or in a vegetarian version. Sourced within the region, the ingredients are of outstanding quality. The high-end wine list is wide-ranging and features some excellent natural wines, too. There are also wine or alcohol-free pairings to go with the set menu. Service is friendly and personable. The restaurant is also open for lunch – dishes can be ordered à la carte or as a set menu comprising two to four courses.
