And on closer inspection: Marcello Trentini is one of the most skilled and versatile chefs, not only in Turin. Among tasting menus dedicated to his classics and a vegetarian path (but with the possibility of choosing à la carte), his cuisine is a masterstroke–or rather, wizardry–because of its well thought out complexity and ability to travel among Piedmontese and international, for example Asian, flavors and recipes.
