To get to this sleek, luxurious restaurant, walk through the Moltenifurniture shop, to the top floor, from where the view is stunning! Plant-based creations showcase the power of nature here, with the occasional addition of fish or meat. It is fresh, original and with surprising contrasts. Using every part of the vegetables from the seed to the leaf, this cuisine is a celebration of the produce.
