In France in the Middle Ages, a vantre was a "place of enjoyment", and indeed that's certainly still the case today. In a neo-bistro setting, a former sommelier (Le Bristol, Taillevent) and his chef serve fine dining cuisine prepared using selected ingredients such as delicious Normandy pork shoulder smoked in hay and served with a tonnato condiment. More than 2 000 wines, a friendly welcome… and well-deserved success.
