At number 18 Rue Troyon, art, particularly theatrical art, meets gastronomy. In fact, the restaurant is named after the Abbaye de Thélème, a utopia by Rabelais and on some evenings, between 7-8pm, you may be treated to a drama production (50 seats only) before you sit down to dinner. The novelty is such that is sure to prove a hit among the discerning gourmets of Paris. On the food side, Japanese chef, Yoshitaka Takayanagi, and his team sign subtle, delicate dishes, rich in personality and made from first-class produce.
