Take a seat at the counter and soak up the warm atmosphere of inVINcible. You can admire chef Burssens and his team crafting traditional Gallic bistro fare. Examples include seabream in a sea salt crust for two, veal kidneys with green peas, Holstein entrecote steak, rare and flanked with a bone marrow, mustard seed and anchovy butter… Big boned, heroic flavours overflowing in character are the hallmark here. The wine list is equally first-rate, particularly thanks to a splendid choice of wines by the glass.
