Appropriately enough, you could feel quite hidden away here, thanks to the intimate lighting and ceiling covered in branches – dine in one of the alcoves and the cosiness will only increase. The ‘menu’ is a list not of dishes but of ingredients you will taste during your visit, which changes constantly depending on the seasons and what the chefs have foraged. The intricate, ambitious creations have a playful streak and some occasional Japanese influences, from the milk bread to the namelaka ganache dessert with matcha.
