Originally from Vendée, the youthful chef of this establishment must be a little crazy – or "fada" in Nice dialect: imagine having the audacity to revisit the ubiquitous socca, flatbread made with chickpea flour... And yet the result is a resounding success. John Dory, bavette of Angus beef, game in season and a stonking wine bin, boasting some 500 natural wines.
