Part and parcel of its flagship, Michel Trama’s iconic gourmet restaurant, this Golden Hen (Poule d’Or) is a smart inn sporting old stone walls, a long central wooden table, the legs of which are adorned with lion’s heads, chandeliers and still-lifes...
