It's best to book here because this lively bistro in the middle of Bielefeld has plenty of regulars. There is an appealing atmosphere, which is down in no small part to the open kitchen, where the chefs prepare Mediterranean-inspired dishes, but also with nods to regional culinary tradition. In the summer, the terrace in the pedestrian zone beckons. Incidentally, ĝui means "enjoy" in Esperanto.
