Grilled sablefish, served Carolina barbecue style, offers a balanced blend of savory, sweet, and smoky thanks to a side of shredded cabbage tossed with honey mustard, trout roe, and smoked apple cider beurre blanc. For dessert, try the jivara milk chocolate "frosty."
