This old sawmill sits in a delightful spot by the river and woodland, and offers something quite unique. Nature is at every turn, from the excellent local ingredients to the skilful cooking which takes place over an open flame; one course is even served outside around the campfire. They also have guestrooms.
Gastronomia e sostenibilità
"When refurbishing our restaurant, we used mainly second-hand building materials. We cook over an open fire using ingredients we can get our hands on from the wild nature around us: rivers, lakes, woods, and local producers. Our restaurant is in our home, which means we also have a family life."
