Pick your meat from the butcher’s counter – perhaps prime, 28-day aged grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, Bythburgh pork or Suffolk Texel lamb – and it will be cooked to order on the grill in the open kitchen. Tom Kerridge’s team are a laid-back, friendly bunch – and you can even watch the footie as you eat.
