The name of this restaurant stems from In“ATO”, which in Portuguese means something that is active or in movement, a theme continued on the menu where dishes are served in different acts (I, II, III and IV). Young chefs Miguel Rodrigues and Tiago Costa have joined forces to showcase their creative cuisine, which makes full use of the best-quality local ingredients. Located opposite the elegant setting of the municipal square in the heart of Braga, Inato reminds us that it is possible to prepare amazing dishes from the simplest of ingredients.
