It’s a family affair at this authentic Tuscan restaurant, from the top-notch meats and cheeses sourced from chef Francesco Lenzi’s family farm in Pisa to his mother’s limoncello. The chef uses traditional cooking techniques from back home and often pops out of the open kitchen to greet diners like family. Start with antipasti or an iI primi like Risotto Taleggio e Tartufo and then try the flavoursome Filetto Alla Rossini. Reservations are recommended.
