When you master your craft and have top-notch ingredients in your pantry, there is no need for gimmickry. Fine examples include "white halibut with black salsify ragout, beetroot purée, black radish and beurre blanc with vadouvan" or "pink roasted leg of venison with parsley root purée, chestnut mushrooms, pickled cranberries and a spiced jus". Both at lunchtime and in the evening, you can order à la carte or opt for their seasonal set menu ("Menü zur Jahreszeit"). The three-course lunch deal is really good value! Wine lovers will enjoy the appealing selection of labels from the region, among others. The sleek and elegant decor is in keeping with the sophisticated cuisine.
