Cuisine cantonaise, Cuisine cantonaise
Wine is at the core of this bistro. Instead of chandeliers, wine glass racks hang above the communal tables. The food was also created with wine in mind. Small bites, like drunken pigeon basted in sherry sauce and Japanese mackerel in coffee vinaigrette, are best enjoyed with the French and Italian choices on the extensive, budget-friendly wine list. A bare ceiling, exposed brick, warm wood and leather make for a cosy industrial vibe.
