The Wolfslaar experience begins as soon as you drive onto the magnificent estate. As you approach the former coach house, you will be struck by the natural beauty of your surroundings. The terrace is understandably very popular, but the contemporary restaurant interior is also inviting.
In this enchanting setting, Maarten Camps takes you on an exciting adventure with intricate dishes in which each ingredient is meticulously prepared in a multitude of ways. He serves red cabbage in a marinade, for instance, and incorporates it into a jus and a compote. In doing so, he creates an intriguing interplay of flavours and textures.
