Set in the centre of a Black Forest village, this restaurant dating from 1748 serves excellent, classic, regional fare. Try the cassolette of prawns and scallops, the glazed veal sweetbreads or the venison and pinot noir stew. The attentive host ensures a pleasant atmosphere. There are also some individually designed, upmarket guestrooms.
