This elegant contemporary restaurant perfectly reflects the spirit of chef Bastien Djait, originally from Brittany. After a starred Parisian career, he now expresses himself through beautiful, inspired plates: green lentils with sweet onions; cod, head and marine vegetables; poultry, corn and camelina. Respect for the raw product is a golden rule, and the chef only works with products from France – except for coffee. Attentive service.
