The name may lead you to expect something more like a quaint little B&B, but Utrecht’s Cozy Pillow has a stylish, contemporary side as well. It’s set close to Museum Speelklok in the picturesque city center, on the old cobblestone Steenweg, and it’s just upstairs from the owners’ fashion boutique, Fred. The rooms are contemporary in style and, yes, cozy — breakfast is waiting outside your door when you awake, and while there’s no in-house restaurant, the neighboring Ruby Rose is both a cocktail bar and a restaurant, whose ornate interiors make for a memorable meal.
