Namo is renowned for the excellent cuisine conjured up by its chef Tiziana Favi, who creates unmissable dishes such as paccheri pasta with tomato and stracciatella cheese served with a bread crumble – you’ll want to mop up every crumb! Seasonal ingredients from the Viterbo region take centre stage here, while the chef’s green philosophy is clearly explained on the first page of the menu.
