In a sprawling 19C building that has enjoyed a complete makeover, you will find a menu that illustrates a passion for local, artisanal and fresh seasonal ingredients. Chef Aurélien Moutarlier, who was Romuald Fassenet's sous-chef at Château du Mont Joly, never fails to deliver beautifully plated, colourful dishes that are cooked to perfection and benefit from his dab hand at seasoning.
