For a night out with friends, this fun and lively restaurant on the top floor of the Pullman hotel may just fit the bill. A large menu of mostly European dishes, from duck confit to vongole, has something for everyone, but it’s the meats and fish cooked on the grill – which forms the focal point of the open kitchen – that diners go for. Steaks are mostly Australian, while the seafood could include octopus, sea bass or turbot. Add in cocktails, views of the city below and even a cheese counter and you have all bases covered.
