The vintage decor of this former lemonade factory pays tribute to the inn opened by the Blanc family in the late 19C, hence the old photos and posters. This nostalgic vibe provides the perfect foil to the regional lineup of Bresse delicacies crafted by the chef, illustrated by a poultry liver terrine à la Elisa Blanc or their iconic cabbage, stuffed with morels and vin jaune. Lovely terrace for alfresco dining in summertime.
