Born out of a wine and goods import business, this unique place has evolved over a decade into what is reputed as the Philippines' only "jamonería". Diners are seated in rooms lined with shelves of fine European wares that double as display spaces. The extensive, almost book-like menu champions top Spanish produce – jamón ibérico, Rubia Gallega beef, pluma ibérica, caviar and more.
