Three Stars: Exceptional cuisine
Gion Sasaki is tackling new challenges, where ‘everyone’s a star’. Staff members work together to propose menu items in a dialogue between younger members, who hold the future of cuisine in their hands, and Hiroshi Sasaki with his wealth of experience.
