The Olivier Leflaive Hôtel Restaurant is set in a 17th-century house overlooking the Puligny-Montrachet village square. The building is rich with historical atmosphere, while inside the hotel’s 17 rooms, the style is Deco-influenced contemporary-classic, eminently palatable and satisfyingly plush. And the headline restaurant, the gastronomic Klima, is joined by a second one, the more casual Bistro d’Olivier. Both, as you might expect, feature encyclopedic collections of wines from the Olivier Leflaive estate.
