Don’t miss the appointment with sunset: as the sun sets behind you, the sea before you ignites with marvellous hues, thus revealing the meaning behind the restaurant’s name. We find ourselves in an exclusive area of the Hotel Regina Isabella, a small marina from which the view embraces Lacco Ameno, Casamicciola, the island of Procida, Vesuvius, Bacoli... a unique and unforgettable panorama, with the sea enclosed between lands and islands as if in an enchanted bay. In the kitchen, Ischia-born Pasquale Palamaro evokes his island memories through refined and creative dishes. The offering takes shape in two seafood tasting menus, whose dishes can also be ordered individually à la carte, complemented today by a new entirely plant-based proposal, conceived with the same care and depth of flavour. Of exceptional note is the wine accompaniment, which combines an extensive selection – over one thousand labels – with the passionate and knowledgeable advice of the sommelier.
