The name means relating to prairies or meadows and it is definitely emblematic of the decorative and culinary approach of this Presqu’île restaurant, between Place Bellecour and les Terreaux. The Scandinavian-inspired interior sports light wood, bare stone and green walls. Gaëtan Gentil, ex-Agapé Substance (Paris), pays tribute to every form of meadow: fruit, herbs, vegetables and also cattle and fish from the region’s lakes and rivers. For example, suckling veal smoked in juniper and a purée of parsnip and lemon… Boldly creative cuisine in the zeitgeist, delicate and gutsy at the same time.
