Ksar Char-Bagh
The style is a blend of traditional opulence and sleek contemporary design, equal parts Moorish and minimalist, with plenty of open space — the suites are almost improbably roomy, with sparse modern furniture and a dizzying array of amenities, from fireplaces and home theater systems to private gardens or terraces (one with a pool of its own). It's hardly like being in a hotel at all — the suites are called Harims, meaning an apartment within a palace, which is quite an apt description.
The public spaces are no less impressive, and possibly even more audaciously modern — the courtyard with its fountains and pond makes a striking impression. There are a number of sitting rooms and a billiards room, for mixing with fellow travellers, and all come together under the high windows of the dining room. The French-trained chef is one of Morocco's finest, serving a mix of local and Continental cuisine, with the floodlit, palm-lined pool as a backdrop. And spa treatments are administered in the vault beneath the hotel, or in the open-air massage space behind the pool.
Private airport transfers are available in the hotel's own London cabs — yes, this is that sort of place. Every detail is accounted for, from custom bath amenities to the cigar selection and the extensive library. The feeling is very much like being a royal guest — and well worth the princely tariff.

The hotel is located outside the Medina, close to the Palmeraie, in a quiet area. The service was impeccable and the employees very welcoming and caring. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated with a lovely private garden. The pool and surroundings of the hotel are very nice to spend some time outside. The hammam, bar, smoking room with a fire place are very cosy and enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so memorable!
Hotel meraviglioso e molto confortevole. Camere spaziose, arredate con cura e molto pulite. Spazi comuni curati e ampi, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Staff professionale, cucina ottima ed eccellente direzione. Nulla è lasciato al caso.
From the moment you arrive you know its somewhere special. Being picked up from central Marrakech in a London taxi was an experience in itself. Upon arrival as we walked towards the stunning front doors they eerily opened before we arrived and we were met by the staff, immediately wanting to cater to our every whim. The rooms are simply amazing and the facilities are superb. The place is modelled on a palace and that is appropriate in every way. You will be made to feel like royalty! The hotel staff are always on hand within seconds, and very, very attentive. They were great in suggesting a range of custom activities for us and arranging them. Of course this is not the cheapest hotel in the Marrakech area - but if you want to just relax, kick back and enjoy some time with your partner in the sun I find it hard to recommend anywhere else in the world more appropriate.
We found the whole experience very enjoyable, the setting was enchanting,the service was very friendly,the food was excellent.
