Another of Spain’s historic Paradores properties, the Parador de Granada is unbeatable when it comes to uniqueness; this 14th-century Moorish palace-turned-convent-turned–luxury hotel is located within the walls of the Alhambra, the fortress that presides over the city of Granada.
