Its rooms and suites span two historic buildings, and are divided into Classic and Fashion design styles; the latter is more modern, but both options are stylish and thoughtfully composed. There’s a spa that comes equipped with a rooftop hydrotherapy pool, and the restaurant, DolceVita, stands on the rooftop as well, serving seafood-focused Puglian fare accompanied by a wide range of Salentine wines, all with an expansive view of Gallipoli’s harbor.
