The advent of the W Hoboken is big news both for this New Jersey city, which is very nearly an honorary New York borough, and for the W hotels, whose first establishment opened just on the other side of the river in the late 1990s. All the W signatures are in place, from the colorful and modernist-inspired design to the vibrant public spaces; rooms are decorated in graphic patterns and bold colors, while the spa and fitness offerings are extensive.
