Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
This charming bistro occupies the front room of the farm that is also home to its older Michelin-starred sibling De Gieser Wildeman. The cuisine and name are perfectly matched: traditional, generous and quite simply delicious. One of the highlights on the menu is the crispy duck leg with cabbage. The attractive prices here are as tempting as the cooking!
